Acceptance
By using chemmarket.in or submitting a request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
Eligibility
ChemMarket is a B2B platform. You must be acting on behalf of a registered business or institution and have authority to enter into purchase agreements.
Quotes & orders
A quote issued by ChemMarket is valid for the period stated on the quote (default: 7 days). A purchase order is binding once accepted in writing or by email.
Pricing & taxes
Prices are quoted in INR or USD as agreed and are exclusive of GST, customs duties, and freight unless explicitly stated. Applicable taxes are added at invoice.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed per order (advance, NET 30, Letter of Credit, etc.). Overdue invoices accrue interest at the rate stated on the invoice or under Indian law, whichever is lower.
Specifications
Goods are supplied to the specifications agreed in the purchase order. Buyer is responsible for verifying that the specification meets their end-use.
Limitation of liability
ChemMarket's liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the goods in question. ChemMarket is not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-interruption losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
