What we collect
When you create a buyer account or submit a request, we collect your name, email, phone, company name, GSTIN (where applicable), and the details of the request itself (products, quantities, destination). Sign-in via Google shares your basic profile (name, email, profile picture) with us.
How we use it
We use this data to respond to your request, generate quotes and purchase orders, ship goods, raise invoices, comply with tax and regulatory obligations, and notify you about your orders. ChemMarket does not sell personal data to third parties.
How we store it
Data is stored on Supabase and AWS infrastructure. Access is restricted to ChemMarket employees who require it to operate your orders. Transactional records are retained for the period required under Indian tax and accounting law (currently 8 years).
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion (subject to legal retention obligations) by emailing support@chemmarket.in.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies for authentication and session continuity. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
