Cancellation & refund policy
Cancellation before purchase order
A submitted request or unaccepted quote can be cancelled at any time at no cost — reply on the request thread or email support@chemmarket.in.
Cancellation after purchase order
For made-to-order items, cancellation after a purchase order may incur a fee depending on the production stage at the time of cancellation. The fee is communicated in writing before any deduction.
Returns & refunds
Goods that are off-specification (failing the agreed COA) are accepted back at ChemMarket's cost. Replacement is shipped at the next earliest dispatch, or a full refund is issued if a replacement is not feasible.
Damage in transit
Damage discovered on receipt must be reported within 48 hours along with photographs of the packaging and material. Insurance claims are handled by ChemMarket with the carrier.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment instrument. Bank settlement may take an additional 3–5 working days.
