How do I get a quote?
Browse the catalog, click "Add to RFQ" on each product, set quantities, destination, and Incoterm, then click "Send to ChemMarket". Our team responds with a quote — typically within four working hours.
Do I need to sign up?
Yes. Submitting a request requires a free buyer account. You can sign in with Google or email and start a request immediately.
Can I get a sample?
Yes. Click "Request sample" on any product page. Samples are typically 100 g – 1 kg; ChemMarket confirms exact quantity, packaging, and shipping cost on the quote.
What documents do you provide?
COA accompanies every shipment by default. TDS, SDS, and grade certificates (USP / Ph.Eur. / FCC / cosmetic / battery) are issued on request and included free with the quote.
What payment terms do you offer?
The default is 100% advance for first orders. After two successful orders, ChemMarket can offer 30/70, 50/50 on B/L, NET 30, or Letter of Credit — agreed per order.
Where do you ship?
Pan-India by road and coastal logistics. Selected exports under EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, and DDP Incoterms — please ask whether your destination is supported.
How long does delivery take?
Stocked items: 2–5 working days within India. Made-to-order items: lead time stated on each quote (typically 2–6 weeks). Exports add ocean or air transit on top.
Can I cancel an order?
A submitted request or unaccepted quote can be cancelled at any time. Once a purchase order is placed, cancellation depends on the production or shipping stage — please refer to the cancellation policy.
